Structure of Green Horizon Quarterly

Our journal will be organized primarily as a set of Columns. Each Column addresses a major theme. Each Column will have a Chief. They will write for the Column and get others to do so as well. Each Column will promote dialog with our readers.

The Column Chiefs will do their work in cooperation with the two Co-Editors. If a disagreement occurs, over a given piece, between the Co-editors on the one hand and a Column Chief on the other, and the disagreement cannot be resolved, the matter is referred to an Editorial Advisory Board. The Board’s recommendation will generally be accepted by the Co-Editors, but the final decision rests with the Co-Editors. When a disagreement occurs between the two Co-Editors, this is also referred to the Editorial Advisory Board and the Board’s recommendation is final.

The members of the Editorial Advisory Board are Holly Hart of Iowa, Alan Kobrin of Florida, and Sam Smith of Washington, D.C. Two others will be added later.
The Columns are listed below. Several have Chiefs at this point, the others do not as yet. Not all Columns will appear in every issue. Columns may be added as time goes by and some may be dropped.
