Books
The Green Horizon Foundation is emerging as a center for Green thought. Scholar/activists in the United States and other countries are participating in this new venture. The Foundation is currently publishing two books of Green analysis and vision. The first one is Life Rules: Why so much is going wrong everywhere at once and how Life teaches us to fix it, by Ellen La Conte (2010). The second is Relational Reality: New Discoveries of Interrelatedness that are Transforming the Modern World, by Charlene Spretnak (2011). We expect other GBH titles to follow. For a brief page (PDF) on each of these two books, please click on the titles.

GBH books complement the articles in the hard cover Green Horizon Magazine and they complement blogs on this website. They also complement books by authors whose works appear in the pages of the hard copy Green Horizon Magazine. One by Ted Becker is titled The Last, Lost Empire: Why America Flounders in Early Post-Imperial Times and How to Transform its Political Economy. This is now also a digital interactive book published by the National Social Science Press. Go to http://www.last-lost-empire.com. Others in the offing are Terry Fowler’s From Galileo to the Greens – Beyond the Machine Metaphor; and Michael Kelly’s The Maker’s Loop: What’s What and How to Make It Better.
